JSGME link and Super Mod conundrum
Hi all,
New here, I purchased this game around Christmas time (steam sale) and now have the time to try it out and I have two questions. 1) I can't seem to find a working link to download JSGME v2.6, does anybody know where I can grab it? 2) My head is spinning with the various super mods that are available, and they all seem awesome. I was wondering if someone could summarize the differences between GWX, NYGM, and LSH. (Already decided I'm going to use SH3 Commander) Thanks, I appreciate any help! |

If you use GWX, JSGME is built in and can be up-dated from there. Otherwise use the stickey for the jonessoft website.
Rather than trying to decide what supermod to use, play unmodified SH3 to learn the basics for a few weeks and then try one of the mods. With MultiSH3, you can have several install and find out for yourself which one or ones you like.

I doubt you can go wrong with any of the supermods. While I've only played GWX, I hope to give NYGM a try one day. From what I've heard, each gives a different feel to the game.
I got real bored with stock and loaded up GWX within the first week. I've never had any regrets with GWX. Oh yeah...Welcome aboard!
