Destroyer command graphic issue

Last weekend I found my old CS Destroyer Command CD and installed it on XP SP3.Everything fine but when I go to F8 station I get this strange mouse cursor issue.
Installing patch 1.1 didn't solve it.
Any help will be great

I had the same problems a few times. I saved the game, exited out all the way to windows, a restarted the game and loaded where is was at, its time consuming but it works.

Someone around here must have a patch for DC.
