mods not working need help please

installed mods (using JSGME ) as instructed- this is for SHIII with 1.4 patch on windows vista running as administrator. JSGME listed mods under the active columm but no mods come up ???? help?

Be sure that SH4 is *not* installed under C:/Program Files/...if so, move it to another directory such as C:/Games.

From my understanding, Vista will not allow anything to be 'overwritten' or changed in the C:/Program Files/ directory. I had the same problem and once I moved SH4 to a Games directory, everything worked like a charm.
