Iron Warriors T - 72 Tank Command

Wel, how to multiplayer in this game? When i connect to somebody's game i have ping in minutes (or what it is?) Server is on driver role and dont have any problems. But in my POV tank standing still ahd nothing hapens. Then suddenly the tank teleports to another location. WTF is wrong?
