It seems there are lots to see in Hamburg, like the Maritimes Museum and places you've hinted, so maybe I roam around the city for a day. Skipping Reeperbahn entirely might be a wise thing to do though...
Marinemuseum at Wilhelmshaven would be awsome! I'll have to rethink how to spend the time at Bremerhaven; maybe both places could be squeezed to one day.
Then again it seems that lot of the harbors has some sort of maritime/marinemuseum so I guess I'm not going to go inside everyone of those anyway.
I'm not much of a picture taker, but I'll be sure to take photos of the pinnacles of my trip and write about the experience.
