I get your point, you're welcome for the list of mods but I'll have to specify that what I wanted to say is that ''raiding harbours'' is just not a very fair thing, I read quite a few books about the second world war in the pacific and never heard of any sub raids on a japanese harbour.
Also in the game, they are left completely un-guarded or with just a gunboat in the later war, and that's neither realistic nore ''fun'' if you ask me
