No we've had this tablet for a few years and only recently started with these popups. I did find an app that didn't exist before called "Telstra", funny that we didn't install it. We have uninstalled it and it seems to have stopped.
Telstra is the local ISP, we've been having some issues with them.
Hopefully the problem is solved, seems that all the apps listed can be uninstalled it's just these others.
