Ok I have sorted the Iowa unit type out, it was self inflicted.
What i did was move the BBIowa.cfg from the Data / Roster / American Folder - to the Data / American / Sea Folder which is a cfg with a unit type of 11.
Yet the BBIowa.cfg in the Data / American / Sea Folder has a cfg with a unit type of 20 - so i over wrote the unit type 20 with a unit type 11.
One problem solved..
