I took this picture along the left hand bank, just below where the Lancaster's port tailfin is. Moira says that the umbelliferous flowering plant here is called "Orpine"

A scene in the old movie "One of Our Aircraft is Missing" was filmed on the river near here because this area is so like the Netherlands
