Katori (香取) class was training ships of the Japanese Navy.
In 1944 modified for AWS -Anti-Submarine Warfare-.
From 1944 to 1945 she was on convoy escort in the South China Sea.

14 cm/50 3rd Year Type naval gun ×4 (2×2)
12.7 cm/40 Type 89 naval gun ×6 (3×2)
Type 96 25 mm AA Gun ×26 (4×3, 4×2, 8×1)
