ISP E-Mail accounts are standard targets for SPAM.
Thier SPAM filters should allow you to filter out what does get through.
I no longer use my Provider E-Mail.
I went to GMX and am most happy with it.
You can set GMX up to check your provider Account and get extra filtering that way also.
It works wonders like Gods from Olympius!!
