Thanks for the tip. Yep those settings are active. Doesn't help though :-(

I still had Windows 7 64 bit installed on a different partition as well and installed SH3 and LSH3-2015 there with an older Catalyst Pack from 2015. THAT works quite well. Will now try with an older Catalyst version on Windows 10 as well.
