Went to work at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, am an Electrician by trade. Started working mainly Subs.
92 got a white collar job, GS, as a Tech Rep and since 97 have been an Assessment Director (I take a team of Techs and we go onboard Surface and Submarines and assess/repair systems onboard about 5 months prior to deployment to ensure the systems are up and running OK). I get to travel quite a bit and meet a lot of people.
These days I am mostly doing Sub Visits. I love my job and working for the Government.
