This is a strong opinion, but it is not a corrupted file. It is not the way you set your mod soup.
If you just look at the internet and sift through all the problems with GWX, you will see it is a problematic mega mod. It's a wonderful mod when it works, I literally spent more time reinstalling, restarting, and revamping the files to get that mod to work, and still had problems.
To me it is not worth the time.
Compare problems NYGM or LSH has over GWX and you will see GWX is just not worth the time.
Sorry to the GWX lovers, I know you have words for me, but a game is meant to be played not troubleshot every time you want to play it.
In fairness there are some people who have few problems with GWX, when they got it back in the day. But now all I hear today are people with problems with it.
