I think the crash you suffered was not due to your graphics card, it was either the campaign scr or rnd. I took them out of the Campaign SB folder, leaving only the LND file there and now I start in the right position. Question is now, of course, if the traffic will correspond to the patrol area, I need to try first to see.

But to get the campaign working> take the campaign SCR and RND out of the campaign folder and install only the LND file.
