The stock game cannot be fixed even when using TDW's Generic File Patcher essential SH5 application.
The Uplay game launcher is the cause of your problem and is part of your installation so cannot legally be removed.

I suggest you take a look at this which is a 100% ctd free and has over 100 mods in it.
