In terms of SH4, I can certainly help you.
For example, you could take a look at my mod compilation, it's a big carefree pack, which is relatively easy to install, and the player can gradually adjust the level of difficulty.

Upon completion of FortsU, however, this will be the authoritative Giga mod for SH4 in the Pacific Theater.
