Ok, forgive the newb question, but I just got offered my first Sub upgrade, to a Gato from the Salmon.
When I accepted, it changed my base to Pearl Harbor.
Will this always happen when I accept a sub upgrade? or are there some that will let me stay based with the Task Force?
