Your NewUIs are way outdated, the newest is 7_5_0, so you are missing a LOT. Then, why did you install it twice?? This will for sure make your game unplayable, it must be installed before OHII.
The Equipment mods should be installed before the IRAI, and you are missing the critical FX_Update_0_0_22_TheDarkWraith together with the torpedo fixes.

You don't need exactly all these mods, also all those marked ADJUSTED are from me and not downloadable, but for sure you can update your personal list above for the newest versions and put your list in the right order which is very important.
And if you want an easier way, I highly recommend you to do a fresh SH5 install, update to 1.2.0 and install the TWOS mod following exactly the instructions. By doing so you have the best possible SH5 play.
