Sub Command is fine if you're running older hardware that DW might choke. Really, in a lot of ways SC and DW are the same game. DW just has some more bells and whistles. SC will run smoother, if you're running older hardware or an older 32 bit OS SC might be your best option.
I still have SC installed on this desktop. I should play it more often, but like I said, from a gameplay standpoint there aren't too many major differences.
