Looking at the enclosed DAT file, you have no Node points for the following:
cfg#A01_NDE_River
cfg#A02_NDE_River
cfg#A03_NDE_River
cfg#A04_NDE_River
cfg#A05_NDE_River

You need these nodes within the dat, to call for the EQP values you have setup here:
