1) Harbour Addition Mod V0.1 Magnum Opus

and then

2) Harbour Addition Mod V0.1 Open Horizons

or sufficient only Harbour Addition Mod V0.1 Open Horizons?

I activate this mod before or after Cerberus62´s Additional Merchant Ships and Equipment?
