So should I use v300 or v401? ontop of monsoon?

Currently I got these:
OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMEGU_v210
OMEGU_v210_Hotfix3
Silhouette and RecManual Mod v1.1
Spaxs SH4 Uboat SPEECH FIX_V8

should I put in V300 & V300+patch
or Should I use v400?
