Sober's Better Sand? If so, you have to log-in to the site to be able to see a download link near the top of the page that says "Download sobers better sand 2 SH4". Save it to a location you'll remember (of course), and then use something like 7zip on it ( http://www.7-zip.org) to view and / or un-zip. The Windows archive "manager" cannot deal with RAR files. All the mod has in it is four DDS files in the Textures folder... |
