Because I've replaced gu.exe with a different program, which hooks into the sh4 process and changes some game behavior.
Preferred path: Randomizer calls
SH-AIFIX.exe which calls sh4.exe
What used to happen: Randomizer calls gu.exe which calls sh4.exe
Solution: Delete gu.exe, and rename SH-AIFIX.exe to gu.exe
