Nah, nothing will happen. The cooling liquid is non-conductive and with a little care when you assemble the parts, it'll be tight from the start

But have a tiny update.
The camera is now nice and clean again after use of propylalchohol and lots of elbow grease.
Thank you Nikon for making the brilliant rubber coating!
And Carsten, the camera owner, only rolled of laughter when he saw the pics
Had a little set-back with the pc. It turned out that the loop was
way too restrictive = very little flow through the system.
Have now removed cooling heads for MOSFETs, North- and Southbridge:
Obsessive or not - the RAM looks so much better now...
And of course the cooling fins looks great in black too!
