Well, try baby steps..

First off, install the vanilla game and see if it runs at all. If it does not run at all even with steam vanilla (without any mods), try windows compatibility mode.

If it works, I would only activate 'WarAceCampaign 5.0' next and see if you're still able to load a patrol. Then I would try to activate 'WAC5.0 Campaign_Atlantic_Baltic' in addition to 'WarAceCampaign 5.0'.

Then I would keep adding more mods - one by one - until I am not able anymore to load a patrol..

There are simply too many factors that can cause your SH3 copy to crash if you immediately try to run such a long list of mods..

I know, it's time consuming when you do it step by step but that's simply the safest thing to do if you wanna find out why your game is crashing, I'm afraid

We all had to troubleshoot at some point..
