Default AA capacity for japanese big guns

This mod was originally intended to add antiaircraft capacity to the main battery of japanese battleships and cruisers. However, just after uploading the mod, I found out that giving AA capacity to the battleships will prevent them from firing at ships. Just in case someone is interested, I will keep the original Mediafire link for the beehive shells availible.

It was common practice in the Japanese Navy to warn the fleet of incoming aircraft by firing their main guns in the direction of the approaching formation. All ship types accomplished this mission. And while not equipped with anti aircraft shells, japanese cruisers were noted to use their main guns against dive and torpedo bombers in several naval battles during the Pacific War.
In game, japanese cruisers will fire at aircraft. They will only have enought ammo to fire one or two salvos. Since tracking speed is so slow, I wanted to represent the gunners giving up after the aircraft have closed the range.

I have made versions for RFB, TMO and Stock.
