Excellent! I've downloaded and installed. Now if Ubi will get the servers back up and running I can actually try it out. 
Edit: Finally back up and running and the mod appears to work great. VIIB held steady at 100m, and 150m as ordered, with motors stopped. My ballast tanks are no longer filled with lead!
