F7, F8 and F9 work fine on my desktop PC and laptop so it might be related to your device or OS. I actually had success with tech support so maybe open a support ticket. You will need to create a new profile since if you had one with Storm Eagle before, it was apparently never carried over to the new management.
That said, they found my account from when I purchased the games way back when and the turn around time for support ticket help has been less than a business day.
