I'm not 100% certain, but you might need the "WDAD-HMS Triton refit 1.1" put in last... I put mine in a while back, by the date of the different parts, and it seemed to work fine. I haven't played it in quite a while. The conning tower is in the Objects folder, and is "loaded" in the submarine.upc file.
