Propbeanie, the weather shouldn't trouble you. That's normal (fog) on some missions, depending on the mod you've enabled.. I bet that in another mod you'll see no fog. You're getting better with screenshots though!

After my main computer died, I'm using the wife's one-core Athlon laptop, with 2 GB of memory and Win10. SH4 runs fine, much better than expected, with most of the graphics turned down of course, but runs fine. Thanks UBISOFT for this. Never regretted buying this game...
I'm in the FOTRS Ultimate campaign now, using my 50-10 mix, I've encountered a convoy in the East China Sea, 6 merchants with 2 escorts. Saved, reloaded several times, the convoy does not scatter. Repeat, the convoy keeps formation correctly.
I'm provoking the escorts now to test their dragster abilities.
