I have the game. It's a good start. You can command the all task forces in a theater, decide what to do for each task force, rearrange them, or build new ships and create new task forces.
The visual is great. Most of the features look nice too. For example you can't launch aircraft unless your carrier is sailing against the wind, which may take a while to adjust because the carrier is extremely unmanuevable (as it should)
I wish the submarine hunt would be more realistic though.. Seems the subs can run 34kts on surface and has unlimited oxygen at the moment... The airplanes sometimes just run around do nothing when i tell them to intercept aircraft. Hopefully the devs will address these issues soon.
Modding is not available yet, but it seems to be on the radar.
