To work correctly you need to install:

TKSS18_German_U-Boats_Compilation 1
TKSS18_German_U-Boats_Compilation 2
German U-Boats Compilation 2
Ai German U-Boats Collection

Skins or Skin Pack (1&2) for Commander install at your discretion.
