This is Graviteam's newest title. If you haven't tried Graviteam's games before, they're hardcore military strategy with the ability to zoom right down onto the battlefield. They come with tutorials, there's a lot more info on the web, plus there's an editor to do things yourself, and mods on the web if you don't feel like playing with the editor. I'd recommend any of their titles, and this is a bargain.
