Just to put things in perspective, I don't view Russia as a scapegoat and I have doubts that most do either. I also think Russian contributions in world affairs are greater than you might think. That's not a bad thing. It just seems your line of thought is that the drone issue involves Russia and it doesn't.
I stand behind what I said but If I seemed abrupt, my apologies. Other than that ikalugin, it's all good.
