Hey man, welcome back.
Moderated in the usual fashion, one or two guys assigned to check the forums at least once a day, to ensure no one is posting vulgar language, links to porn or software piracy, and if needed, to ask people to take it easy if an argument gets too heated. I know from new registrations that we get about 15 members with Russian email addresses a week, so if they are not super good in the English dept (like me), this gives them a place to discuss Silent Hunter, mods, and other topics in Russian.
