Anyone know where I can get this program? On the downloads section I keep getting the message that the server is busy but I never have this problem downloading other programs/mods. Is the link broken? Any suggestions appreciated as I'd like to try it. I use the GWX3.0 Mod and have the other program needed (config file updates).
