As ive said before, The only thing iv'e added is Equaltool 01.01 by AVM Large style, which is great for manual Navigattion plotting. An absolute must, surprised its not in the list though....

new drivers seem to improve things for me too, overall have tried your list out sober, not a bad list, good foundations for an enjoyable version of sh5, for anyone unsure how to get going here, should help out some here, nice....
