Actually no there aren't. if two teams vying for wild card status have the same number of wins and losses then they go with the team that beat the other team during the regular season. Same way they determine home field advantage. First the ones with the better record and then the one with the better record against the other candidates.

The ProBowl is a special exhibition called an "All Star Game" that is played by certain regular NFL players from around the league. They are chosen by their fellow players and coaches by lottery.
