For those who wish for the operational French bases from 1940 (instead of 1941) in particular
2nd and 7th flotilla.
But keep in mind that in 1940 the French bases served
especially as supply bases. U-Boats did not stay there. French bases were not
enough protected and bunkers were built only from the beginning of 1941...
And I have corrected beginning dates for 12th Flotilla in La Pallice-Bordeaux 10/1942 (instead of 01/1942)
and for 29th Flotilla in Toulon 08/1943 (instead of 07/1944)

08/1939 - 05/1941 : Kiel
06/1941 - 09/1944 : Brest
2nd flotilla :
08/1939 - 05/1940 : Wilhelmshaven
06/1940 - 08/1944 : Lorient (instead of 1941)
