In desperation, you might as a last resort, wipe the drive, and reinstall everything (Windows as well). That's guaranteed, but it's also a lot of work. If you go that route, be methodical about it, storing everything you might need to replace on the cloud or a USB drive. I generally rebuild mine once a year or sooner if I suspect any malware.
