No, I'd follow the stock idea of using the top of the tallest mast for all targets.
I've not done a thing to FOTRS regarding correcting mast heights or having a specific spot used for stadimeter readings. I've looked at a couple...."their all over the place" would be an understatement! Double R will probably wade-in having
his two cents worth on "fog of war" ideas.
