From the Springhead Brewery "in the heart of Robin Hood Country", I found myself savouring every mouthful of this... it tastes at first so
much of honey, then follows through with the real-ale lover's delicate bitterness... then honey-sweet again... then bitter. A beautiful 'India Pale Ale' which reminds me of the "Wild Hare" earlier, but it's even better (and stronger at 5.5%). Moira got it from ASDA.
