Trying to maintain stability in 15m/s wind speeds at periscope depth while trying to setup an attack will be quite challenging at any game level.
The quality of the game will always depend on the individual playing and what they expect from it.
Like anything until you try it you will never know.
As they say "one mans meat is another mans poison".
My advice is give it a try, it might just surprise you.
