'Bloody minded' foot-dragging imho; the buildings need to be immediately 'decladded' by the willing Mr Ray Bailey a 'practical man'...at his own expense! He can rename his firm: Harley D-cladding Ltd. After putting up his own mansion to help with expenses, the court may shave some time off his sentence for manslaughter as time served.
