Very often people don't know which folder of this mod is to be enabled.
Fist folder is called NewUIs_TDC_[version number]_ByTheDarWraith: open it
Second subfolder (inside the previous) is MODS: open it
Third subfolder is called again NewUIs_TDC_[version number]_ByTheDarWraith
enable it!
