The problem I had did not have anything to do with any of the mods or game. It seems that I had a hard drive that some how was corrupting the data it was writing. 5 patrols on new drive with no issues.
This mod along with OM is fantastic. Thanks to you for all your efforts and to the other modders involved in your work.
