This is an expansion set to be released in spring. From what I can tell in the linked video, it can be used for Multiplayer combat ops or you can go GTA on the 747 and Cessna population in free flight!!
Discussion thread on Sim-Outhouse is talking about an SDK so this can be adapted to all planes, so wonderful things like the A2A Accusim B-17.. or the FCS Lancaster!
