When I leave Keil and don't use the Keil Canal, I pass quite a few ships and some are definitely sporting German flags. There are others from the Scandinavian countries and the odd Polish ship, but most do indeed have flags.

I'm not sure what is causing your problem, but I would double check how you have TKSS18 mod installed if you think that is causing the problem.

The self made mods are mods I made for personal preference or to merge 1 or more mods together.

I have no problems with flags, so it may help.

Your German Uboat Mod setup is a little different to mine.

The other thing i noticed was The Stiebler4C_Addon_for_V16B1. I always thought this was supposed to go after Supplement to V16B1 (JSGME). The shallow waters ASDIC mod that I use is the only part of this i use. If I recall correctly NYGM has this mod included in the base files

I'm no expert though and everybody's install is different.
